COMO TERRACES

Overlooking the Yarra River in South Yarra, COMO Terraces is a boutique collection of 39 residences developed by Cbus Property in partnership with Sterling Global Group and designed by Carr. Spread across eight low-rise buildings, the development combines modernist architecture with expansive interiors, private gardens, and sweeping views of Melbourne’s skyline. Residents benefit from hotel-style services, a concierge, communal lounges, private dining spaces, and landscaped outdoor terraces, creating an elevated lifestyle experience.

Micio was engaged to develop the wayfinding strategy, signage design, and branded environmental elements. With the site’s elevated terrain, interconnected terraces, and each of the eight buildings uniquely configured, developing a clear and intuitive wayfinding system was key. Our approach focused on creating a discreet yet seamless navigation experience that complements the development’s refined aesthetic while enhancing residents’ daily experience. From entry points to communal spaces, our designs reinforce COMO Terraces’ identity and contribute to the project’s sense of exclusivity, comfort, and connection to its natural surroundings.
