MAYBLOOM CLYDE NORTH

Located in one of Victoria's fastest-growing municipalities, the City of Casey, Maybloom Clyde North by H.CO Property is Maybloom's first location, poised to become the heartbeat of the suburb. Conceptualised as a modern village square, it seamlessly integrates medical and allied services, fitness, retail, and hospitality, forming a dynamic, 18-hour health and wellbeing precinct.

Micio's involvement in this mixed-use development entailed designing and strategising for the wayfinding, signage, and environmental branding. Our concept ideation and design process included building identification, primary architectural branding, wayfinding for user site navigation, and preparation of high-level signage for council application. Additionally, we collaborated with the project builder, ADCO, to develop statutory and regulatory signage, providing our client with a comprehensive end-to-end design solution.

Our overarching goal was to craft a meticulously branded site that genuinely embodies the brand's visual identity and values, marking Maybloom's debut in Victoria.
